What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your postcard hasn’t arrived for one month or longer after you received a notification saying it was on its way, get in contact with: help@penpal.me.

How much does a PenPal postcard cost?

Your postcard including printing, processing, taxes, and postage to an address anywhere in the world costs only $2.

When will my penpal receive their postcard?

All postcards are printed and handed over to the post from one of our four international printers within 24 hours of you clicking send (excluding weekends).

Postal systems across the world vary a LOT. Here are some approximate delivery expectations:

USA: 3-5 business days
UK: 2-5 business days
Germany: 1-2 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days
Australia: 5-7 business days
Rest of the World: up to 14 business days
