What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your postcard hasn’t arrived for one month or longer after you received a notification saying it was on its way, get in contact with: help@penpal.me.

How much does a PenPal postcard cost?

Your postcard including printing, processing, taxes, and postage to an address anywhere in the world costs only $2.

What payment methods do you accept?

All the usual suspects: PayPal, credit card (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express), instant bank transfer and credit balance.

By topping up your credit balance, you can buy lots of cards before you have to enter payment details again. (Plus you might be able to save by using a bulk credit deal).
