What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your postcard hasn’t arrived for one month or longer after you received a notification saying it was on its way, get in contact with: help@penpal.me.

How much does a PenPal postcard cost?

Your postcard including printing, processing, taxes, and postage to an address anywhere in the world costs only $2.

What postcard options and extras do I have?

Sometimes it’s the smaller things in life, and sometimes it’s… not. If you want to make an even bigger impression, consider upgrading your postcard to XL format (DIN A5 - 2x the size of a normal card and incl. envelope) for $5.

Otherwise, get fancy by adding a protective envelope to your postcard for $1 extra.
