What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your postcard hasn’t arrived for one month or longer after you received a notification saying it was on its way, get in contact with: help@penpal.me.

How much does a PenPal postcard cost?

Your postcard including printing, processing, taxes, and postage to an address anywhere in the world costs only $2.

How many postcards can I send?

You can have up to 10 new PenPals via Random Match everyday. You can have up to 30 new PenPals via Random Match everyday. You can send as many as you like to PenPals you’ve already added.
