What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your postcard hasn’t arrived for one month or longer after you received a notification saying it was on its way, get in contact with: help@penpal.me.

How much does a PenPal postcard cost?

Your postcard including printing, processing, taxes, and postage to an address anywhere in the world costs only $2.

What resolution and size should my photos be?

Your photos should be a resolution of at least one megapixel and under 10 MB. The size of your photo will be automatically resized and can be cropped, adjusted or zoomed as desired.

3:2 proportions or square photos from your Instagram are absolutely fine.

Pro tip: Avoid using compressed photos sent by WhatsApp etc. to ensure a high quality print.
